As of Fall 2015, I've eliminated all processed foods and meat from my lifestyle and my own transition has taught me a lot. If you're where I was, you know you can be healthier and feel better. Our GUIDANCE package is for the do-it-yourselfer who needs a nudge in the right direction and support to stay on track with their wellness or plant-based journey. Our NUTRITION package is an intensive coaching package with cooking tutorials and personal shopping to support your lifestyle change. Kitchen Cleanse | $150

We’ll audit your pantry and fridge, paying close attention to ingredients and nutrition labels. Next, we’ll edit your grocery list to keep the flavours you love and throw out the junk that’s keeping you tired, foggy, and weighed down.

Meal Planning | $125/week

Meal plans are designed around your nutrition and fitness goals and any ailments you are experiencing. Plans include recipes, shopping lists, and schedule adjustments.

Personal Shopping | $95/hr

I’ll join you at your grocer to help you make healthy choices and decipher labels to identify harmful ingredients. From this experience, you’ll also learn how to get the most out of your shopping, also reducing your monthly spending.

Personal Cooking Tutorial | $70/hr

What do you even eat, Chris? I’ll show you how you can create delicious whole foods plant-based meals that you and your family will love. Our simple ingredient recipes are easy to make, over and over.
