The Top 3 Yoga Programs I Follow

In my practice I rotate between these 3 YouTube yoga workouts.

Try them out and let me know what your experience was like.

Trista teaches Kundalini Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Hot Yoga and Yin Yoga. Visit http://peace-flow-yoga.com for more information.

Yin Yoga has relaxing music that helps when trying to master new poses and focus on movement. The instructor is easy to follow. I feel loose after each session.

Ashtanga is great for strength and flexibility, which is my main goal. This video is really close to the feeling you get in an in-person yoga class in the way that it flows.

This Bikram practice is a great challenge. You only have 26 poses to complete versus the usual 80+ and you still get the strength and flexibility results that yoga is known for. I usually do it a room that I can heat up with a space heater.
